Please help me, im new at car audio but my sub isn't properly tuned (my opinion), my set up is RF Prime 1200.1D, Kicker CompR 15 D4, Clarion MCD 2/3 Way xover and Audio control line driver with Pioneer HU. Current xover points LP 60Hz and Subwoofer Freq is set to 50Hz and Output level is 3/4.

Is this good or can it be tuned better.

Thank You.

I like to set the cross over around 100 HZ as well as the sub, this gives good balance with a good frequency range. Lots of people like to go lower but if you listen to a variety of music and not just the lowest bass songs, 100 Hz should do well.

Agreed. I was actually thinking of building a 3-way passive and I compared the cost to a Dayton DSP and it makes no sense to go passive.

I believe that the LC2i has a fixed subsonic filter at 33hz, that will affect the low end too. THe LCi2 pro has a set filter at 22 hz, better...
