Hello.
Lately i've been having trouble with a constant noise in my front compo set.
They are powered by the old model Audison SRx5.
It's not the alternator, because it's still there when the ignition is on and the engine isn't.
It's not the headunit, because it's still there when i turn that off, take the RCA's out and and power the remote with constant 12v.
It's not the RCA's, because i tried running a new cable across the cabin.
Neither is it the compo set/speaker cables running into the doors. I tried with another speaker closer to the amp.
It happens on all the channels.
I've read something that it could happen if your gains was set abit to high. So i tried turning down a little at time. Still there.
My ground cable is at a seatbelt bolt, sanded to bare metal.
Can't think of anymore information atm.
Is it something with my power supply, or is it the amp itself?
