Right now I have my 3 Kicker Comp tens in a sealed 1 cube per chamber box (pictured in my sig). I am thinking about porting these and wonder if I should make all 3 subs same chamber and port it or seperate chambers. Should I use round ports or slot port and how much cu ft shuld I need for all 3, and what size port. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The box sounds very good and I have had it installed for about 1.5 years, just wanting more output. My old setup was 1 type r 12 in a slot port box and it was louder than these, but these are a lot better sq wise.

Yeah that would probably help. I want to stay similar to my setup now, but I might make a fiberglass enclosure, but cover it in vinyl like this one. I like my setup now but just want more output. I am ythinking about switching subs, and keeping the same box with a different amp, but Im not sure if I could get the output I want out of a sealed 1 cu box.

you would be better off ported in its own chamber if u can do it with the space u have to work with. i had a bad install done for me once, long story short i had four 12'' cvrs done in one chamber and it was not pretty.

Well I just got a zx750.1 (936 watts on birth sheet) and a zx350.4, so I switched out amps today and these things slam. I know they could get lower with a ported box. I might go to 1 15" or 2 twelves now ported. I will figure it out over winter.

I've used that driver and the ported box is closer to about 2 cubes. We did 1 in a stuffed/sealed 1-1.25 cubic foot box, stuffed with 1 lb of...

People didn't like ported boxes because the port noise and needing a bigger box. Therefore, instead of 1-sub in a ported, they would go with...
