help with big 3

has anyone done this to a cavalier??

my alt. wire runs to a fuse box then from the fuse box to the battery. I seen on the big 3 thread that the guy with the mazada is ran the same way and his blew up?? so what do i do?

and also where is the chas to motor wire at on these cars?

Just run your own wire from the + on the alt right to the battery. Dont worry about the fuse box. And look for a flat ribbon like wire connected on the firewall for the chassis to engine.

Some say yes but i didnt in either of my cars, just look where your putting it or securing it to
