Help with Battery in trunk :)

my power wire is 0/1 the big 3 is done in 4. now how would i go about wiring the second battery in my trunk and how would i mount it, and i will upgrade it to 0/1 with a 250 fuse, wheres a good place to get a 0/1 inline fuse?
