Help with a system.

Hey guys.. I was looking around the web at some stuff for my car (1990 eagle talon Tsi) I want to get into a really nice setup ( components, subs, amps, and a Head unit). so ill get down to it i have 1700 to spend and that would have to include every little thing that i need. So what would you guys recomend for...

front components (5.25")

Subs.

Amps.

head unit.

wires.

BTW i would like this to be nice SQ but with some bump to it also.. Thanks in advance to everyone that helps me!
