Help with 4 ch problem...

Ok guys,

I'm stump on this. I wired everything correctly for my PG TI500.4, my fronts are working but my rears aren't. I have a pioneer 860mp. If I took the RCA's from the rears and plugged it into the front, it works. If I plugged it into the rear RCA output, then it doesnt play anything. I check the gains, hu settings, etc but it still wont play. Any Ideas??
