Help with 2001 Audi A4

Hey guys...Im helping out a buddy with his Audi A4 and I guess Im kinda stuck.

I was wondering if it was possible to fit a 6.5" comp set in the front doors. Ideally I would like to put some Pioneer TS-C720PRS in them...but from what I hear...you can only put a 5.25" in the doors.

In the case of 5.25" I was thinking of the Pioneer TS-C520PRS in place.

The question here is...is it possible to fit a 6.5" comp set in the fronts? If not, what alternatives do you have for a 5.25" set?
