HELP! Wiring a sub.

It's a DD9917. Quad 2 = can be wired as .5, 2, or 8

I want it wired to 2ohms.

How do I connect the wires. Here a couple of pics.

Here's a pic of the sub and the little wires.

Here's a diagram of the wires. Tell me to connect to what. Also, with such a design, do I just use the little plastic screw on wire nuts to hook the wires together?

never use those ever, you would use butt connectors or spade connectors if you feel you are gonna wanna change the wiring, but never use those, they are the worst idea anyone has ever came up with

it sounds like the OP has only one sub, and it's a qvc not a dvc.

I would just like to know which wires to connect to which others to get the parallel-series set up I need to get 2 ohms out of this.

On your diagram....

1. Connect wires 1 and 3 to the positive side of your terminal.....

2. Connect wires 6 and 8 to the negative side of your terminal....

3. Connect wires 2 and 7 together...

4. Connect wires 4 and 5 together...

And theres your 2 ohm load...
