help wiring 4 ohm speaker into 2 ohm amp

OP, I've got a PG Octane-R 5.0:4 and a Rockford P8004, both of which I'm willing to sell at 125 shipped each. Would be perfect for you rather than trying to find a 2-channel that will work. PM me if you're interested in one of them.

ok so i have a Rockford Fosgate P1694 6x9 and a Rockford Fosgate T165 6 1/2both are 300 watts max and 150 RMs equaling 600 watts max and 300 RMS .... i would like to use a 2 channel amp , the amp is 2 ohms .... can i use this or get a 4 channel
You Can run 2 sets of speakers that you have mentioned (4ohms ea)two sets of speakers to either ch,to drop it to a 2ohm stereo load,..So, yes you can..Question would be,are you wanting to run front left and right, and rear left and right? With a 4 channel amp you can do this(4ohms each speaker, and ohm load on the amp/stereo)But If you choose to use a 2 channel amp to run one set of front, and one set of rear speakers, you will be in a 2ohm stereo load, and you would only be able to run either Rear, or Front rca/ 2channels,only,non Balanced, in which the rear 6x9 will over power/be louder than your front stage/speakers.Exactly what are you trying to accomplish, and what kind of vehicle ?What Head unit do you have?Model #,
