Hey all,
I don't know much about car audio, but I have a, what seems to be, decent setup in my 05 dodge ram.
2x Kicker DS693
2x Kicker DS525
2 kicker 10(or 8?)" Comp subwoofers in little pickuptruck style boxes
Kicker ZX300.1 Subwoofer Amp
and an Eclipse CD8455 head unit.
The guy that installed it a year or two ago told me to always leave it on "pro" mode (instead of TRUbass) when i turned it up. I always did and it sounded great.
A few days ago my battery died and I replaced it. Since then the stereo has lost all of the settings in it. The bass sounds very messy and boomy. Nothing like it used to.
Is there a guide or a way I could learn to tune it myself or am I better off just taking it back to a car audio shop?
Thanks,
Ryan
