Help to build a box

How do i build a box for 2 of these MM2124 Polk 12" subs?

These are the specs-

Recommended Enclosure Sealed / Ported / Bandpass

Resonant Frequency 31 Hz

Vas 2.25 cu.ft. / 63.71 L

Bl 14.2 Tesla Meters

Sd 80.39 sq.in. / 518.6 sq.cm

The part I dont get is the recommended sealed enclosure for a single sub of this is .88cu ft^3. Isnt that just a little smaller than a 1x1x1ft box? The sub is 12inches long?

Any help for a novice?

You don't have to make it an exact cube...you can make it wider in one direction and shorter in another.
