i need something ~1100 watts @ 3ohms to push my w7

I want something clean and needs to have a ssf

price range ~$350 give 25 more take 50 off

SVC 3 ohm

And for the amps, i'd say the Tsunami because of more power for the money and a better warranty.

EDIT: And just to let you know, the Tsunami is NOT 1 ohm stable.
