Help subwoofer help!

I have been all week trying to get this subwoofer to work , sounded distorted so I went I got a new one and still sounds bad and distorted. All levels are down, subwoofer output on head unit is at zero. Please help

I did all u guys told me todo . Got rid of cap regular install , new aux, new fuse terminal, new subwoofer. And still nothing . I ask for help cuz this is frustrating when all is new and still have problems

what is the sub amp grounded to?

Have you checked your wiring to your sub to make sure it is right, pos to pos and neg to neg? Can your amp handle 2 ohms?
