Help Speakers wont work

i installed some after market speakers a few days ago after i finished they worked great. the the next day i installed a sub and amp. now the sub works but the speakers dont. i dont hear a thing. i checked the fuse, im thinking the head unit somehow broke. is that posible that the subs work but not the speakers. if not what is the problem. HELP!!

Are the speakers hooked up to the head unit itself or to an external amp? It is possible that the internal amp of the head unit blew. If it's an external amp, take a DMM and see if there is any output voltage on the speaker terminals of the amp. Welcome to the forums.
