Help, Small Sealed Box Sub 10" or 12"

Any one wanna help me out here, Looking for a small sealed box sub 10" or 12". Not looking for spl, just some sq and little bump for inside the car. Looking to also buy the TX6004 Amp.

I am looking to install where my spare tire was (rear right corner of the hatch, just behind wheel well) in a custom box.

Car is a 1988 300zx Turbo. The spare tire used to be found on the side rear-right corner panel.

I am looking to spend about $70-$120 max for sub.

I am thinking "budget" system to get rid of my 20 yr old speakers. Now I am not looking to break spl records or have a SQ theater in my car.

I am trying to keep things to minimum weight and simple.

I made some selections based on how much I want to spend in the categories shown.

The more I read on Cadence the more I like them.

Elemental Designs has a 12" for around $100. Their subs are fantastic for the price. I have one of their old e12k's (which have been discontinued). It's an excellent sub and it sounds every bit as good now as it did new.
