Help Setting Head Unit Crossovers & Settings

i wanna know if setting the deck's HPF and LPF wod make a difference. i have a two amp system( 4channel, mono) already and the crossovers on the amp have been set by the installer. i set the 3 band eq on the deck already and also set the bands on my clarion 7 band preamp equalizer. do i ned to set the deck's 2 way croosovers (HPF & LPF) if the amp's crossovers and my external eq are already set? my deck is the pioneer DEH - 4800MP
