that would be concrete. and that would be BEIGE. your best bet is to scrub the hell out of it with a wirebrush, and since its NOT asphalt, paint thinner (acetone) should be fine. but i would test it on the corner of the driveway first (let it sit for a little while)

How flammable is resin? Possible to just light it on fire and burn it off?

its flammable when wet, never tried it dry

but then he would have a black spot from burning it which would be worse. I've burned a few things over the stove and that **** it is almost impossible to get rid of.
