So you can pay to have your amp repaired later? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifim a big fan of saving a little more money
I am going wth two 15's, and four 8's (three ways), with seperate baffles for each 8. The 15's mounted down low, and 8's up top, all facing forwards, with a single aero port. Right now, I am using two VM Audio SRW15's, because I already have them, and they were free. When they blow up, I probably will go with two Sundown E15D4's, wired to one ohm. I am using an AudioPipe APCL1500D.1 amp, for the 15's, and a seperate 4 channel amp for the 8's.ok, so what are you putting in this enclosure ?? I'd do 1 good 15 .... but thats just me .....
The trunk is separated with a small opening, covered with carpet on the trunk side, and plastic on the interior side (from the factory). I used my plasma cutter, to enlarge it, for my enclosure. The first attachment shows it stock from the factory, and the second one, is the cut out for my enclosure..Wait so the trunk comes stock with no wall separating the trunk from the cabin just like a hatch but a trunk lid?

Thank you, and yes, I still enjoy loud bassy music, just like I did when I was 20!! I never outgrew that, and many other things....besides most people think I am in my early to mid 30's, so I don't look that "out of place" when I am jammin' to music, or riding my dirt bike for that matter.Nice to see another 50yr old enjoying the bass, good luck with your build, from a fellow old dude, dude.
