Help!! Reinstalling Stock Headunit

[FREAKY BEHAVIOR 10+ year member]

i reinstalled my stockhead unit today but the HU wont take my cd's.

radio and everything else works.

metal door blocking out the cd/no sensors.

its a 2000 toyota avalon jbl version

could this be a security problem?
