Help regarding hisss sound and thump sound when ejecting cd.

Hi newbie john here,

does anyone how to get rid of the hisss sound from my speakers every time i turn on my deck its produce a hiss sound and when i play a cd the sounds getting louder.

the one more thing when i eject a cd from my deck the sub make a sound of thump when ejecting.

help is very appreciated.
