ok my box has 2.133 cubic air sace sealed and my subs rated at 1.75 cubic feet..will that work fine or will i have problems can it blow my sub or anything?

k..wont damage my subs and i was reading i could put like 2 X 4's in to take up some of that space or that site was wrong?

Yep, you could simply put 'x' amount of MDF/2x4's in the enclosure and it'll take up the unwanted airspace
