Help: Problem with interference on speakers

Ok i have two problems, first when i turn on my car i hear a buzzing sound in my speakers that gets louder with the engine... but i have realized that this is silenced when i unplug the rca cable going to my sub amp, also when i turn my sound up and the subwoofer hits my speakers crackle... i am running a 250w alpine amp, and a 4000w lanzar amp with a 6f cap... help me plz

pioneer head unit? ground your rcas

Thanks... i hooked up a ground isolator and it fixed one problem.... how did u know i had a pioneer head unit?
