the phucked thing is even if i slow down now they are still gonna give me 6 differnt kinds of hell because i didnt when they did

they flattened my tires once. so in return i did the whole parking lot.they constantly throw away my time card so in return i throw all theirs away and just leave mine.

they always hide my equipment so i cant work. so i take theirs.

Sounds more like you work with a bunch of cunts. This is why I was never a big fan of unions...the idea seems great, but then people get into power and they start getting just as bad as the people they are unionizing against. Heck, since its not official, take it to your union leader? Or his/her leader? Go up the chain, whatever it takes, and put the heat on the jackasses you work with.
