they flattened my tires once. so in return i did the whole parking lot.they constantly throw away my time card so in return i throw all theirs away and just leave mine.

they always hide my equipment so i cant work. so i take theirs.

i mean the list goes on and on

How long do you have to slow down? The other guys are trying to make 20% more in the long run.

they are gonna take it no matter what they do.. we have already got it down from the 35 percent that they wanted to take so i would consider it a victory.. and trust me it is not hard at all to run just 100 percent. on average i can walk and run 140 -150

If its that bad, bring a shot gun to work. Rack it infront of them when they start bad mouthing you and tell them you have a gift if they **** with you again. You arent doing anything to stop their cause, your extra effort wont mean anything in the long run if everyone else is doing 100.

exactly what i told them... like one person going 160 percent is going to make a difference. then they say well we are making sacrafices to by not running and i tell them well you are working 6 days a week to and the 6th day is double time for joo so wtf

Now, I would advise having plane tickets for yourself and family to another country if you do that. Im not sure of the laws in india but I see no problem with shooting someone in India and then leaving.

i on average run 200 - 220 and i guess you could say i punked out and slowed down a little bit but i just cant see going 100.... and all the other part timers i work with are jews and not backing me even tho they need the extra monies aswell
