Help Pickin Out An Amp...!!!!!!!!!

sup guys, well im not very smart with all this sound stuff. so thats why any help u guys could offer would be appreciated.

neways...i currently purchased the Kicker DCVR122 sub ( http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...FQG7GgodnVc81A)

, my question is which amp would be the best to power this sub up. i dont want to buy something with out being sure of what im getting

i also bought some new speakers. Pioneer TS-A1702C (http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...TS-A1702C.html ) . would i need a amp to get the best outta this speakers too?

i know all this questions seemed very stupid to most of u but like i said im some what illiterate when it comes to audio stuff ....

to answer your question though...

First those links dont work so I am not sure about that sub.. The speakers are 40WRMS.

That would power the speakers effectively.

I google searched that sub model and it looks like its a box and 2 subs, right?

If it is, dont get it, get a single 12 and build a box. I have 1 10 in a custom built box and it is louder than my friends dual 12" kickers in a prefab box.
