HELP! PG zpa 0.5

Yesterday i bought a PG zpa 0.5 off craigslist. I know the amp isnt bad because it powers on with green lights. i can feel power going through the sub, but it's barely moving, and barely even making sound. I'm using 4awg power wire and using an oem factory integration system.(dont know the brand, shop installed it for me) and after the oem thing, i have a pyle crossover/bass booster/processor. I can turn the sensitivity on the amp all the way up and still nothing. Ive reversed the polarity and done everything i can think of. even triple checked all my connections. The only thing i can think of is the amp isnt getting enough voltage, but then again i dont think that can be the case because my oem adapter thing has sensitivity knobs, so does the pyle processor, and the amp, so i would think that enough voltage could be attained with them up enough. Another thing that comes to mind is im using a 12w7 thats 3 ohms, but this amp is designed to run at 4 or 1 bridged only, but before i bought the amp i took this into consideration and came to the conclusion that with box rise it would be close enough to 4 that it wouldnt matter. If anyone has any suggestions please help. Thanks in advance.

let me see if i can get it to work for me, if i can't i might get rid of it. I think its either something im doing wrong or it just doesnt work with my oem adapter, because it looks hella good for how old it is, and like i said all the lights power on, all green. If no trade how much would you wanna scoop it up for?

It's yours whatcha want for it.I'll give you $50 more than what you paid....unless you paid a rediculous amount. Or I have alot to trade.

I know i didnt wire the sub wrong because its svc and it was hooked to another amp before and i didnt even change anything on the sub, just switched the wire from one amp to the other. As far as choking it of power, thats possible, but even if i was choking it of power i think i would hear/feel the sub a little bit and i dont, my rear 6x9s are about 4 times louder. Before i had a rockford p6002 and it was quite loud and hit hard but i could tell i was clipping the amp a lot and the sub could use more power.
