anyone know about american bass cx series?

hey, just want to know if the outputs on the cx100 are internally bridged. Right now I have a dual 4ohm sub on it, one coil to each output, but im not sure if its running at 4 or 2 ohms. Should it rewire and use one output then run the coils in series?

The amp barely, i mean barely gets warm after some serious play time.

I tried AB customer service but I couldnt even understand the guy on the other end.
