help one of my voice coil aint working?

so my sub stopped today out of no where, not pushing it hard at all. remove the driver out of the box and gave each coil a signal and found out that one sint working. Is it blown? or some loose wire defect with the sub?

if one isnt working its probably blown. how is it wired, what amp is it on? whats the rating for the amp and sub settings
