Help on whether to bridge or not..

Heres what I got..( i know i know..nothing exciting but its my starter system hehe)

AMP:

Audiobahn A4002T 2 channel

100 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms

200 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms

400 watts RMS x 1 bridged output

stereo or bridged mono output

SUBS:

2 10" MTX Thunder6000 4-ohm Component Subwoofer

frequency response 31-150 Hz

power range 50-250 watts RMS

peak power handling 500 watts

sensitivity 85.2 dB

My question is whats the best setup for me..put each sub on own chan or bridge them...Thanks for any input...

Your best option is one sub on each channel because that amp is not 2 ohm stable bridged.

there is a switch on there that sais X-over (I know for crossover)

what should i set it at LPF--low pass filter

HPF--high pass filter

FULL--no filter ???

Theres a Subsonic switch and variable..ranging from 20 htz-50 htz..What will raising or lowering this knob do??...Thanks

And last theres a phase shift switch 180 degrees or 0..Which one??

Set the crossover to LPF, set the subsonic variable to prolly ~25-30(if a tone is below that it'll cut it off, possibly saving your subs, play around with it and see what you like). Set the phase to 0, and your done.
