help on what to buy im dumb about brand names

i have a pionner 5102 2500 watt rms sub and and 6000 watt max

is that amp a good match i used to have a soundstorm cruiser 4000 watt amp but it did not sound like even 500 watts

will this amp hit or is there a better high quality brand name amp i should get for 400 bucks including shipping

can it handle 1 ohm wire because that is all i have
