I heard they had poor crash test results. If I was you I'd look at the silverados or the titans.

Sounds like you're gonna need an Suv with a 3rd row. I'm partial to Yukons myself. I own an '06 GMC Yukon and had an '01 before that. They're extremely reliable with plenty of room, plenty of power, and loaded with features.

my dad just picked up a 09 mountaineer for 28k, has third row and leather, AWD, 20 inch rims and all that good stuff. we looked at the tahoes and stuff but they were all in the 35 range so it was to much for him.

not brand new from a dealer maybe...you can get one in taht range with like 11k on it
