Help on family car

Need a little help if y'all don't mind. I have a wife and 1 kid now and am going to be having a second one soon. I need to get a little bit bigger of a vehicle as I have a dog that travels with us as well. I have a 4runner right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not looking to get a van though. Want something reliable and dependent.

Whats wrong with the 4runner? dog in the "trunk" with a little dog guard thing, kids in the back. and you and the wife up front. Everyone is buckled up and safe and comfortable.

Have thought about it. We have to keep him in a cage in the very back with the luggage and just are looking for a little more room. My parents will be visiting us a lot when we move and want to be able to use one vehicle to travel with them.

yea trustworthy too...everyone doesnt like them because they are so hard and confusing to fix sometimes but hey you hardley ever have a problem

Well I am going to be trading in/selling my 05 4runner and 00 maxima on it. Than get me something else just to play with. Would say like 25 or so.
