sorry this forum is full of a bunch of people that love to insult. You could try some 60second self-mixing epoxy. I got some at lowes recently, and it looks like a Syringe and mixes before it squeezes out. give it a try, you have nothing to lose.

I think the epoxy may be too stiff for a situation like this, a lot of movement happens around the spider / cone area that looks to be damaged and he's going to need something flexible. This is just what I think though, not sure really.

custom woofer. custom woofer. rip it all apart and rebuild it to a 12. just put a 12 basket. u might have to mod the basket , but anything can be done
