Help on Component wiring and AMP Choice!

I just ordered a set of Hertz HSK 165XL component sets and the spec sheet shows they are rated at 4 ohms. Does that mean that each speaker is 4 ohms most of the time or that together when wired they are at 4 ohms. They are rated at 150 watts RMS and 300 MAX and I am wanting to get a 4 channel AMP and do 1 Channel to each speaker but am having a hard time trying to find a AMP that will do more than 150 Watts RMS at 4 ohms. Any help and info on this would be greatly appreciated.
