Help on Choosing an Amplifier

Hi! I'm really new to this and need a little help with selecting an amplifier. I just picked up 2 Pioneer 500 W subs along with Kicker K46 4x6 speakers for my '92 E-150 van. I have a Pioneer DEH-14 head unit that outputs 45W X 4.

might i suggest a jbl 80.2 for the fronts and a 600.1 for the subs. the 1200 might be a little much for those subs and your electrical system

try the viper1000d for the subs and a ma audio 800 4 channel for the front

Hi! Thanks for the responses guys, but I have a problem. My H/U has only 1 preout and that is for the rear, so I think a front amp isn't possible. Is there another way to wire one in?

Hey try this run a distrubution block or run the smaller amp of the output and run the bigger on off the small one.

not a problem most amps have line level inputs...you could just run the speaker wires from the h/u to the amp.....good luck....the other option would be a line level converter....

yea or just run one small amp and run the bigger on of the small one with another ground/remote/and rca's

or you could split the RCA's with a "Y" adaptor to the two amps.
