i have a question, i have a mmats juggernaut 12,one coil reads fine at 1.5 ohm,the other sits at around 8 ohms,but if you put any power to it at all and unhook it it will read 1.6 for about a day then goes back up to around 8?????????????????????

you have a loose wind in the coil? Maybe the tinsel is getting a bad connection in a spot and moving the cone is reconnecting it. Move the cone with your hands in and out and look at the meter.
