Help Nissan Altima 2012

My head unit is dying and I want to get new car stereo where I can replace the speakers later. My car is a Nissan 2012 Altima (coupe). My friend has a Mercedes-Benz c300 and his audio sounds amazing. I was wondering if there are after market systems I could install on my car to resemble his sound.

I am new to all the car stereo world. Any help is highly appreciated. God bless.

You'll need a deck with network mode or a dsp to match that merc and even be in a whole other league depending on how much you want to invest.
