HELP!!!!!! mystery wires

So i just bought a 2004 mustang and i was looking around and i saw amp wires there is a power ground and a radio remote then this mystery wire its one of those wires that are two wires made so that you have to split them but i don't know what its for i real want a sub but i don't know what this wire is help!!!!!!

i found out from videos its a speaker wire but i missing a wire to connect it to my stereo i don't get why the guy would go through all the trouble to get the wire out and not all the others

Probably a speaker wire used for a LOC.
