Help my friend choose his subs

My friend is looking to get 2 12" subs that are 60/40 spl/sq. They will be ported of course. I know more about subs than he does, so I was looking up a few. Here is the list:

JL W3v2

TC Sounds TC2+

SoundSplinter RL-i 12

Dayton 12" TITANIC MKIII

Incriminator Audio Lethal Injections

MTX Thunder8000

Which of those would be the best for what he is looking for?

Aren't these two exactly the same?

Anyway, the TC2+ is supposed to be more oriented toward SQ installs, so I would look elsewhere for the 60/40 ratio (though I have no experience with these).

How would a JL W6 compare to the ones I have listed? There are some pretty cheap on ebay.
