HELP! My Computer is Fukcd!

So I let my friend use my computer for a mere 5 minutes the other day and he was downloading music on limewire and the next thing I know all I have is **** pop ups and all kinds of other pop ups and the only site its letting me on is this one and google but this is the only site that it will let me move from page to page. What can I do to fix this? I have Ad Aware SE personal virus protection but its just the free version and its not fixing it. I have tried using my recovery disc just to reboot my whole computer but that wont work either. Any ideas besides taking it somewhere and having to pay an *** load?

Disconnect from the internet, restart, and run a virus check. I recommend SpyBot S&D.

and for preventative maintenance, install "spyware blaster". it pretty much stops the program from installing itself in the first place.

i can pretty much surf **** all day long, and not get any shitware on my computer. i dont even need to run the scanners anymore, spyware blaster doesnt even let them get installed in the first place.

Everyone should have copy of hirnes boot c.d for cases like this. Reboot with the disk in the drive and choose one of the virus scanning options.

Im using it on this computer even though we have a mcafee internet suite 3 pc license..... works just fine for me.
