As I said, forget the actual audio wiring as that isn't the problem, I have the power cable running from the battery to the amp,and also the remote turn on from the hu. The amp is 2 channel I believe. I'll try get some pictures of the sub and amp when I next get a chance

Lol right. Pretty basic stuff really. Between this 1 and the other thread sounds like a complete mess bad connections vibration making it worse on top of **** wired wrong. He's seems pretty confident in how everything is wired though. Smh.

Idk he seems like a keeper maybe he'll stick aroundĀ

Agreed with this here. Since you have the unit pulled out of the car/dash...test it at your car battery directly for operation. very simple to do...

This may be an option for you as well. Im sure Amazon has them on theyre site also to be purchased. Great amps...

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
