No, don't get the Lanzar; it's a junk amp. And for goodness sake, don't get a 3000w RMS amp for those subs. Chances are they won't handle 1400w RMS , since SPL is widely known as a flea market brand. I'd suggest something like an Audioque 2200D or a Hifonics BXi2608D. Those would both be excellent amps and aren't so bad on the wallet.

 
Oh and just wire the subs together to 1 ohm for whatever amp you get. Just wire each sub in series to 2 ohms, and then wire each sub to one output on the amp. It will wire them in parallel internally to 1 ohm.

Truth. I was just saying it would do if you really couldn't spend more. But you would be much happier investing in something better.
