Help me uninstall a browser from Vista

I am trying to uninstall Opera so I can redownload it and start over with it. I just want a fresh start with it.

I went into Programs and Features in the Control Panel and uninstalled opera. Then I downloaded it again from the website and tried installing it. After it finished installing and opens up, it is the same as I had it before. All my settings and bookmarks are still there. I tried this many times and it keeps my old one.

How do I get rid of everything and completely start over with Opera?

The easy way is to just install it to a new folder ...

Try downloading an uninstaller like Revo and delete the registry items left behind.
