Help me set my head unit please

I do not wanna blow my subs or amp, so I was wondering if you guys could help me set up the proper "hz" or "mhz" setting or whatever on my deck.

Is there a standard setting or will I have to provide what deck it is specifically?

It is a sony deck, but I do not remember the exact model number.

I have 2 12" alpine type r's that will be in a 45"x26" single slot ported enclosure from 3/4 mdf in the back of my s10. autotek1400d amp

I also have 2 pioneer 6x9s, factory 4x6's and may hook up either some components instead ormy 5 1/2 as well because right now the 5 1/2s are not even connnected since I only have the deck to run them off of currently.

Any help or direction is always appreciated
