help me pick my speakers

hey guys , ive got an 08'f-350 crewcab(4dr) ,im looking to up grade all my speakers ,i'm looking to go with a 6x8 or 6x9 coaxial ,due to the front doors having a design on the door panel so really cant cover up if i went with componets,but the back i only have speakers in stock location behind seat? so im up for changing those to componets if i had to, ill be running a memphis mc4.75 its 75x4 at 4 ohms and 115x4 at 2ohms , the speakers ive been looking at are the memphis mclass 15-Mc692 ,or the powerbass 3XL-6802 , has anyone ever delt with or heard powerbass speakers ? I'm not locked in on either speakers so any advice would be great , my budget is from 100- 500$ ,im also running a memphis mc1.100 pushing 2 mr12d4 subs if that helps ,thanks for any advice!!

You ca't really go wrong with the 3xl-6802. It's efficient, has a hybrid glass fiber/kevlar cone, and has a nice midbass presence... Along with it's silk pivot tweeter you'll get smooth detailed highs. Plus it's 3 ohm voice coil will pull more clean power out of your 4 ch memphis so it'll be punchier. Looks like those 3XL-6802 speakers have a nice little 12db crossover built onto them.....pretty cool.
