I wouldn't get it with the 2.5L i-4. That's a bit too much car for a 4-banger to pull around. The previous models were unreliable without the v6. I would go for the maxima with the vq35 engine if you can find one you like in your price range.

I have an 07 Altima 4 banger...its not bad (very quick)

too rough for city roads though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

The new ones might be improved, but it's a little too early to tell since they just came out 2 years ago. But generally, I find that if a car comes with a choice between an i-4 and a v6, the v6 tends to be more reliable.

My friend's mom has a 07 Sonata. It's a pretty nice car and quick too. The only problem she's hadso far is the window going off track.

I've driven a few G35s coupes and sedans and I would take one over either of the other two.

when you speak reliable, what do you mean?

I'm a vw guy, so i gotta say passat. If the passat's an automatic though, I'd go with the the infiniti; especially since it's a 4banger passat. The bigger engine passats are much better built.

I'd walk before I drove a huyndai, The infinity is nice, but GL when gas goes back up. The passat woul be my pick, better yet, get you a jetta TDI. (turbo diesel FTW) 42-48 MPG!
