What do you like? Dark or light, or both?

On the lighter side, I've gotten into Hoegaarden lately, it's a pretty decent Belgian witbier. I don't usually drink lagers, but if I do it's usually Stella Artois. For darker stuff, Guinness or some kind of a chocolate stout, or porter...

hmmm... Hoegaarden, i doubt i'll be able to find it, personally pale ales are usually what i go for, stella sounds good... if i was closer to home i'd have a better selection. i dig the darks, and stouts... what would you compare Hoegaarden to?

never heard of this either, man it's funny how selections are different in different places, went to chicago once and the beers were great! we got a good micro brew selection out here in cali, but i love new beers, seems like we miss out on the imports because of the micros out here...

scrimshaw is an import, i believe. They have it at beer stores that cater to people who don't drink bud light.

indeed, i prefer to enjoy the taste of a good beer. i might drink a bud at a ball game. mental note: i need to make a list and hit up beverages etc... when i'm closer to home we have a local beer store that has a great selection, stone ipa, don't know if you guys get it where your at, they also make arrogant bastard ale... great beer...
