Mazda 3 is nice but i'd get the Lancer before the Mazda 3.. just a personal preference. I want to get something with warranty. This cars going to be a 5 speed and i'm going to learn 5 speed on it lol.. What Mitsubishi's warranty for 2004 Lancers?

Trying to get the point of veiw from different people. So I want your guys opinions.. Keep in mind these prices are CANADIAN.
Here's what i'm looking at (all prices after taxes):

2002 Saturn SC2 w/ leather w/ sunroof 50,000-75,000 km's =

$12,000

2005 J-Body (Cavalier/Sunfire) 16,000 km's = (SE version)

$11,000

2007 Cobalt/Pursuit maybe like 100 km's = (not SS version)

$16,000

2003/2004 Mitsubishi Lancer 50,000-100,000 km's = (OZ Rally or LS version)

$12,000-$14,000 (varies)

I already think I know what the majority of you will pick (lancer..). With the Delta body (cobalt and pursuit) cars they come with a FULL 5 year 160,000 km warranty.

The J body gets nixxed immediately, as it is worthless and has the interior of a fleet leased construction pickup.

I love rally cars, lets go lancer. What you gonna do with it is the real question. (Guesses a system!)

The lancery only resmbles the Evo cosmetically, its missing about 200 welds, a whole engine/ driveterran (sp), suspension, interior, etc. etc. etc. i could go on forever.

not bad cars at all.

honestly out of those four i'd have to say its between the Saturn and the Cobalt. Saturns were great before GM hauled them back to the rest of its plants and lost focus of what a saturn was supposed to be (although i never much liked them, they were great cars... ugly as shit though). The cobalt on the other hand represents GM actually competing with the imports and not ******* it up, the gaps are all about correct, quality is decent, interior is worth a ****. And the engine isn't half bad either.

Ok guys, not getting a Mazda 3. Not my type. Pretty much what's listed is what i'm interested in.. Definately don't want a Honda FIT. I don't like those tiny cars.

EWW!!! I really think those are some of the nastiest looking cars to date, next to the Priris or however you spell it. Anyway, you wanted our opinion's and help, so dont know why your getting tempered about what we suggest. So on that note I would look into the 2006/07 Focus St for good reliablility and fun factor. Plus you can mod the hell out of them. Same eng as in the Mazada 3 and I think it looks just as sexay! Only thing the 3 has over the Focus is the interior is nicer, but I Like the look of the Focus better.

Check into the Focus ST. Or maybe you could find a Dodge Neon SRT4 for a good price. What is your limit?
