Help me pick a 12" sub!

Ok I have a custom fiberglass box to fit my 2006 GTO. It is 8.25 inches deep, 11 1/8 inches around cutout and 1.2 cubic feet. I origionally wanted an alpine type R 12" but I dont know if that would fit. I want something similar that will sound good and not break the bank. I was looking at a JL W3 but I was told it will not work in this box....suggestions please!

both are tc 3000s but the 12 is the one with the bigger magnet

im pretty sure a db drive PLW12 would fit....it would sound pretty bad too.....

why don't you do a 10" type R instead??? just modify the cutout to fit a 10" with a new baffle

12" G5 is 7-3/8" deep. And only needs 1 cube sealed.

That's too expensive...as far as the JL W3 would it fit and how would it sound? I can get them cheap so I considering that.
